The process I am going to show you is working for me and many of my friends. Hope this will also help you.
Fifa 14 Button Data Setup File Download
Every FIFA including FIFA 18/17,16,15 games contains a folder 'fifasetup'. In this folder you will find 'fifaconfig.exe' file. I have noticed that after FIFA 11 EA Sports have made a change of this file. That old file have some option to configure both Keyboard and Controller. But, recent versions are not able to do this. So, first lets see how to make RS button workable.

Go to Start and find Run. Write 'regedit' and click on OK. Registry Editor window will appare. Expand HKEY_CURRENT_USER and go to System > CurrentControlSet > Control-> MediaProperties and there in some of the three folders you should find a file called OEMName > Right Click on it > Modify > Rename to 'Logitech Cordless RumblePad 2'.
Remember: It will enable the right analog stick but other button configuration will be changed.

Then go to my document. You will find FIFA 11 folder in it. Open that folder and copy 'buttonDataSetup.ini' file. Now go to FIFA 15 and paste that file here.
